These General Conditions of Sale apply to all products offered on the AirFunWare webshop and to all deliveries. By placing an order, the customer explicitly accepts these terms and conditions.
Only Belgian law applies to these General Conditions.

Definitions

Working days: all calendar days except Saturdays, Sundays and official Belgian public holidays.

Purchase and Payment

The agreement between AirFunWare and the customer is concluded as soon as the customer accepts these General Conditions and places an order. The absence of a handwritten signature does not affect the binding nature of the agreement.
AirFunWare reserves the right to refuse an order or impose additional conditions in cases such as:
• Unusually large orders
• Orders placed by minors
• Incomplete order procedures
• Previous payment or delivery issues

Each order is confirmed by email. Until this confirmation email is received, the order is not considered final.
Payment can only be made using the payment methods available on the webshop.
The goods remain the property of AirFunWare until full payment has been received.

To ensure secure online payments, all transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. No additional software is required to complete a secure payment.
If payment is not completed in time, AirFunWare reserves the right to cancel the order or suspend delivery until payment is received in full.

Delivery and Delivery Time

Delivery times stated on the website are indicative and not binding deadlines.
The maximum delivery time is 30 days after receipt of the order or payment.
In case a product is temporarily unavailable, this will be clearly communicated to the customer.

Once the goods have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk transfers to the customer.
Deliveries are made via a courier service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Shipping and delivery costs are clearly communicated before the order is confirmed. For international deliveries, different conditions may apply.

Product Information

AirFunWare strives to provide accurate and complete information regarding product descriptions, images, prices and availability.
In the event that a product cannot be delivered due to incorrect stock information or supplier issues, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible and offered a suitable solution.

All products offered comply with applicable legal standards.
The website may contain links to external websites for informational purposes. AirFunWare is not responsible for the content or use of these external websites.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Belgian consumer law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
During this period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
• The product has been worn, used or damaged
• The original packaging is missing or damaged

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify AirFunWare within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the return complies with the conditions, the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) will be refunded within 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• customized or personalized products
• products made specifically to order

Warranty

AirFunWare applies the statutory warranty conditions as provided by Belgian law and the warranty terms of its suppliers.
Warranty claims are handled by AirFunWare. Return shipping costs related to warranty claims are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Defects and Complaints

The customer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
Any visible defects or non-conformities must be reported to AirFunWare within 7 working days after delivery.
If the complaint is accepted, AirFunWare’s liability is limited to replacement or refund of the product. Liability is always limited to the amount paid for the order.

Force Majeure

AirFunWare is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, technical failures or production delays.
If such circumstances last longer than 8 weeks, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement without compensation.

Prices

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately.
AirFunWare reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. If a price change occurs after an order has been placed, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
Offers are valid while stocks last.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including logos, designs, texts, images, product names and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to AirFunWare or its partners.
Any use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Questions, Complaints and Disputes

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
All agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.

Limitation of Liability

The information on this website is of a general nature and cannot be considered personal, professional or legal advice.
AirFunWare cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the information provided.
The website content may be modified or temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
